How To Use

Recommended dosage:
- 3 months to 5 years; once a day, 1 capsule each time
- 6-11 years: 1 capsule once a day, 2 capsules when necessary
- 12 years and above: 1-2 times a day, 1 capsule each time, 2 capsules when necessary
Take before or after meals.

*The plant capsules can be opened and put into food or dairy products for consumption
