Areas We Deliver To

1. We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. We do not deliver to outlying islands, Discovery Bay and restricted areas.
2. If the delivery address is within the area of a village houses/ or small houses, the logistics company usually arranges the delivery at the entrance/ or intersection where parking spaces are available, you will be received a phone call before the delivery.

Pre-Delivery and Signing Arrangements

1. You will receive an SMS notification the day before or the day of the delivery, and a telephone call 30 minutes before delivery.
2. The recipient must complete an electronic sign-off to acknowledge receipt of goods.
3. To ensure your order is safe and completed, all orders must be handed to the customer in person. If customers request that the delivery be placed at the door or collected by the management office or reception, and this results in the loss or damage of goods, Mannings will not provide compensation. If you have any questions, please contact customer service for assistance.

Delivery Arrangements in Bad Weather

Deliveries will be rescheduled if the typhoon signal number 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Customers will be notified through website notification.
