Instructions
1) For immediate relief of sensitive symptoms, please apply a small amount of anti-sensitivity toothpaste directly on the sensitive teeth with your fingers, and massage gently for 1 minute, up to 2 times a day. For children aged 6-12, apply to sensitive teeth no more than once a week.
2) Use Colgate anti-sensitivity toothpaste 2 times a day to keep teeth and gums healthy
3) It is recommended that you use it with an anti-sensitivity toothbrush
4) When brushing your teeth, be sure to brush all sensitive teeth

How To Use

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Spit and rinse thoroughly after brushing.
