Sesamin: As an ancient annual herb, sesame contains the rare sesamin. Studies have shown that sesamin helps regulate the autonomic nervous system and improve the emotions, fatigue and insomnia caused by long-term stress to help the body return to normal physiological rhythms.
Sleep complex herbal extract: L-theanine combines the natural herbal power of sour jujube, lemon balm, lily bulb and lotus seed to help you relax and fall asleep.
L-theanine: a natural amino acid derived from tea leaves, increases activity in the alpha frequency band, relieves daytime tension, and promotes restful sleep. Each two capsule contains 126mg of L-theanine.
Gamma-aminobutyric acid & melatonin: GABA and melatonin work together to effectively relieve stress and anxiety and regulate the body clock, improving the quality of sleep.

How To Use

Take one to two capsules daily 30 minutes before bed.
