How To Use

The product uses the double-antibody sandwich reaction principle and colloidal gold immunochromatography analysis technology to semi-quantitatively measure the concentration of total Vitamin D (25-hydroxy) in fingertip blood samples. When the sample to be tested contains Vitamin D (25-hydroxy) antigen, the colloidal gold-labeled Vitamin D (25-hydroxy) antibody will form a reaction complex with the vitamin D (25-hydroxy) antigen in the sample. Under capillary action, the reaction complex moves forward along the nitrocellulose membrane and is then captured by the capture antibody pre-coated in the detection area (T), eventually forming a purple-red reaction line visible to the naked eye in the T area.
