Ingredients

FAD glucose dehydrogenase (Aspergillus sp., 4,0 U/rest strip) 21%; Mediator 54%; Non-reactive ingredients 25%.

How To Use

CONTOUR®CARE series test strip, designed for use with CONTOUR®CARE Family meters for blood glucose monitoring. See your CONTOUR®CARE user guide and accompanying inserts for detailed testing instructions.

Discover easy blood glucose testing in 5 simple steps**
1. Wash hands and dry thoroughly
2. Insert CONTOUR®PLUS test strip and the meter will switch on
3. Use the lancing device to create a drop of blood.
4. Let the blood drop be sipped into the test strip
5. View the test result
