How To Use

Directions for ages 12+ years: Take one capsule daily. Continued use is suggested.
When traveling, take two capsules daily (one in the morning and one at night) before and during the trip.
During antibiotic use, take one capsule daily. Continue for 10 days after completion of antibiotics.

NO NEED TO REFRIGERATE. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
