How To Use

Emotional Instability: Take 1-2 caps daily
Occasional Sleeplessness: Take 1 cap daily 30 minutes before sleep, may take 1 cap more if wake up suddenly
Frequent Sleeplessness & Poor Quality of Sleep: Take 2 caps daily 30 minutes before sleep, 4-6 weeks continuous use is recommended
