If any product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, expired, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if a wrong product is delivered/ provided for pick-up. Please login to [My account>order history] for Return & Refund request within 14 days of receipt of the delivery or pick-up.

How To Use

[Applicable to NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® Coffee Machine]
1. Fill NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® coffee machine water tank with ambient drinking water.
2. Open locking handle. Pull out capsule holder and insert capsule.
3. Set suggested volume level on each capsule
4. Select hot or cold water to start making your beverage.
5.Throw away the used capsule.
