Mannings has applied to Office of Communications Authority to become a Registered Sender under the SMS Sender Registration Scheme ("Scheme")  and has successfully registered its SMS Sender ID (Registered SMS Sender ID: #Mannings). Under the Scheme, only companies or organizations being Registered Senders are able to send text messages using their Registered SMS Sender IDs starting with prefix "#".
