How To Use

Suggest to consume one pack per meal, 3 meals per day
Add one pack of The Wise Man’s Dining into any beverage or soup and consume along with the meal, or preferably 30 minutes before and after the meal
No colour and no taste, can be dissolved into any hot or cold beverage you prefer
Not recommended to add into carbonated drinks to avoid foam bursting out
Too much fiber consumption may cause stomach discomfort, make sure to drink enough water
