Ingredients

Magnesium Glycinate, Effersoda, Calcium Carbonate, Natural Flavour (Lemon Lime), Ascorbic Acid, Cocos Nucifera, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Calcium Pantothenate, Nicotinamide, Zinc Citrate, Ferrous Fumarate, Riboflavin, Manganese Sulfate, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin.

How To Use

Adults mix one sachet (2.5g) in 250ml of water, juice or smoothie of your choice once daily. Mix well and drink immediately.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Use only as directed. Consult with your doctor before using if pregnant or taking other medication.
