Includes three types of supplements: Omega-3 fish oil capsules, Coenzyme Q10 capsules, and Vitamin K2+D3 tablets. They are individually packaged for easy carrying.
The Omega-3 fish oil capsules are made from wild fish sourced from the clean waters of Peru and Chile, with a high purity of 95% in rTG form, making it easier for the body to absorb.
The Coenzyme Q10 supports heart health and helps reduce fatigue.
The Vitamin K2+D3 tablets combine MK-7 form of Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D3 to help regulate calcium and phosphorus metabolism and improve vascular stiffness.

This product is suitable for individuals concerned about blood lipids/cholesterol.

Ubiquinol softgel: Rapeseed oil; ubiquinol (KanekaQH™; emulsifiers: diglyceryl monooleate, soy Lecithin; Moditied corn starch; Humectant: glycerol; Thickener: beeswax; Gelling agent:carrageenan; Acidity regulator: Disodium phosphate; Colour: caramel 1.
Vitamin K2+D3 round tablet: Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxy-propyl (methyl)cellulose; Anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid; Vitamin K2 (MenaQ7*); Vitamin D3; Humectant: glycerol.

How To Use

Individuals aged 18 and above should take 3 softgels daily (1 Omega-3 softgel, 1 Coenzyme Q10 softgel, and 1 Vitamin K2+D3 softgel) with meals or after meals, preferably at breakfast.
If you are taking medication, it is advisable to space it out by 2 hours for safety.
