The biscuits have a variety of flavors and are made according to the recipe developed by Annette Poulard in 1888.
Made from 100% natural and local raw materials in France, the biscuits are fluffy and delicious.

Ingredients

Pure Butter Biscuits - Wheat flour (gluten), butter (22%) (milk), sugar, eggs (2.9%) (egg), salt, natural vanilla flavouring. Contains gluten, milk and egg.
Pure Butter Biscuits - May contain traces of soya, sesame seed and tree nuts

Pure Butter French Shortbread - Wheat flour (gluten), butter (24%) (milk), sugar, eggs (2.6%) (egg), eggs yolk powder (1.3%) (egg), salt, natural vanilla flavouring, caramel (glucose syrup, water, sugar). Contains gluten, milk and egg.
Pure Butter French Shortbread - May contain traces of soya, sesame seed and tree nuts.

All Chocolate French Shortbreads - Wheat flour (gluten), butter (18%) (milk), sugar, dark chocolate - cocoa: 64% minimum (14%) (cocoa paste, sugar, lean cocoa powder), shards of dark chocolate - cocoa: 50% minimum (11%) [cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin (soya))], eggs (2.5%) (egg), natural flavouring, salt. Contains gluten, milk, egg and soya.
All Chocolate French Shortbreads - May contain traces of sesame seed and tree nuts.

Lemon French Shortbreads - Wheat flour (gluten), butter (23%) (milk), sugar, lemon paste (5%) (lemon peels, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid)), eggs (2.6%) (egg), eggs yolk powder (1.3%) (egg), natural lemon flavouring (0.8%), salt. Contains gluten, milk and egg.
