Mannings Hong Kong provides Hospital Authority Community Collection Service* (including refrigerated medicines) for local residents following consultation at HA public hospitals or clinics^. After attending specialist outpatient clinics (SOPC), general outpatient clinics (GOPC), being discharged from the hospital or receiving accident and emergency services at HA hospitals and clinics, customers can choose to collect their medications from nearly 60 Mannings stores with a pharmacy (excluded Airport stores), by placing a delivery request through “HA Go”. This will help to save the time waiting for medications at hospitals or clinics while customers can still consult Mannings pharmacists for any medication enquiries.
1. After consultation with physicians at HA public hospital or clinic, customers obtain pharmacy ticket from pharmacy, Shroff, One-stop Electronic Kiosk or “HA Go”.
2. Log in “HA Go” and follow the instructions to place a medication delivery request to Mannings store and settle payment#. There will be no extra charge from Mannings.
3. Upon arrival of medications at designated Mannings store, Mannings registered pharmacist will inform customers via phone call.
4. Customers go to the designated Mannings stores and present a valid QR Code displayed under the pharmacy ticket number in “HA Go” for identity verification to collect the medications.
5. Mannings registered pharmacist will provide professional counselling and advice on the correct usage of the medicine.
Please Note:
*The service is available to HA Go Full Members. If you are a parent of a Minor Member or a Carer, you can also arrange the Medication Delivery Service for and on behalf of the Minor Member or those under your care on HA Go. The service covers most medications prescribed at HA hospitals and clinics, including refrigerated medications.
*As the process of delivery takes time, the Medication Delivery Service is not suitable for newly prescribed or urgently required medications. Please refer to the “Estimated Delivery Time” provided under “Easy Q – Pharmacy – Medication Delivery Service” in HA Go and see if it is suitable before arranging for the service.
^Medication Delivery Service is currently not available for the following hospital/clinics: Kam Tin Clinic, Mui Wo GOPC, North Lamma GOPC, Peng Chau GOPC, Sha Tau Kok GOPC, Sok Kwu Wan GOPC, Ta Kwu Ling GOPC, Tai O Jockey Club GOPC, Tuen Mun Clinic and St. John Hospital.
#The Medication Delivery Service involves a standard delivery fee of HK$65 per prescription charged by HA, regardless of weight, size, type and number of medications prescribed. Once the medication delivery request is confirmed and payment is settled, the request cannot be cancelled and the payment cannot be refunded. There will be no extra charge from Mannings.
